Refund and Returns Policy

At  Ship Worldwide, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As a provider of domestic and international courier and cargo services based in Bangalore, India, we strive to deliver shipments promptly and securely. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or service redressals may be offered.

Since we are a service-based platform and do not deal in physical goods, our refund policy is limited to shipping and service charges. Refunds may be granted under specific circumstances such as service failure, incorrect billing, duplicate payments, or non-delivery of the consignment due to reasons within our control. Requests for a refund must be made within 7 days of the service date, accompanied by supporting documentation such as AWB number, proof of payment, and a written explanation of the issue.

No refunds will be issued for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer, force majeure events (such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays), or service disruptions by third-party logistics partners beyond our control. Refunds are also not applicable once a shipment has been picked up and is in transit unless it fails to reach the destination due to our direct error or negligence.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@shipworldwide.in with complete details. Our team will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

As our services are non-tangible and personalized based on individual shipments, returns are not applicable. However, if your shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to recipient refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, any applicable charges for return handling will be the customer’s responsibility unless the fault lies with our service.
